Dr. Jigna B. Patel received her doctorate from the New England College of Optometry in Boston. During her undergraduate studies, she obtained a Bachelor’s of Bioscience from Rutgers University and a Masters in Biology from William Paterson University.
Dr. Patel has completed her externships at various different types of practices from community health care centers to private practices. She has worked with a diverse population of all ages, and treated a wide range of ocular conditions. Throughout her career she has learned that doctor-patient relationship is significant, and believes it is important to spend time with patients and provide thorough explanations. She strives to provide quality vision care with emphasis on patient education. In addition to comprehensive eye exams, Dr. Patel offers specialty services including dry eye management and contact lens fittings.
In her spare time, Dr. Patel enjoys spending quality time with her family and cooking. She is fluent in English and Gujarati. Dr. Patel genuinely cares about your health and is dedicated to providing exceptional services to all her patients
